Workplace Harassment can take many forms, including verbal aggression, personal attacks, bullyingand other intimidating behaviors whether in person or online. Effective July 1, 2020, Prince Edward Island employers must comply with new Workplace Harassment Regulations. These Regulations create additional obligations at workplaces from both policy and investigative standpoints, and also capture types of conduct that employers and employees may not have previously identified as "harassment."
Join Stephen Carpenter

to get up to speed on what’s happening in PEI, and in Canada, with regard to workplace harassment and the move towards more psychologically safe workplaces.
